Industrial parks

The State Industrial Park is being created by the Administration of the Kursk Region in the Kursk District of the Kursk Region. The operator of the park is The Kursk Region Investment Promotion Agency JSC.

According to the order of the Administration of the Kursk Region No. 927-ra of December 31, 2015, the status of Industrial park was assigned to the land plot with 46: 11: 212114: 144 cadastral number and an area of 102.8 hectares, located in the Kursk region, Kursk district, Schetinsky selsoviet, Jubileyniy village.

The Concept of the Formation and Development of the Industrial Park, as well as the Road map for the creation of the industrial park infrastructure has been developed and approved; the coordination of the planning and land surveying projects developed by a specialized organization is carried out;  assessment of financing of infrastructure facilities construction in the industrial park is being made, it is based on the technical conditions and commercial offers received from enterprises engaged in the construction of these objects.

In the first half of 2017, in order to promote the state industrial park in the Kursk district of the Kursk region, the Kursk Region Investment Promotion Agency  JSC made a model of this park, which was presented at the Russian investment forum «Sochi 2017». Also, this model was presented on the VI Central Russian Economic Forum and the 17th Kursk Korensk Fair held on June 15-17, 2017.

By the order of the Administration of the Kursk region of 07.10.2016 No. 364-ra, the status of the Industrial park was assigned to a property complex which includs a land plot with 46: 29: 101057: 17 cadastral number and an area of 16.8520 hectares, located in Kursk, 3rd Aggregate St, 23.

In the first half of 2017, a contract with the operator of the industrial  park,  SPETSSTROYSERVIS  LLC, on the development of an industrial park on the basis of the former production site APZ-20 was signed. It is planned to accommodate about 20 residents in the park. The volume of investments of the residents is going to be 1.75 billion rubles.

By the order of the Administration of the Kursk region dated 30.05.2017 No. 253-ra, the Industrial park status was assigned to a property complex which includs land plots with cadastral numbers 46: 29: 101050: 624, 46: 29: 101050: 625, 46:29: 101050: 626, 46: 29: 101050: 627, 46: 29: 101050: 631, 46: 29: 101050: 632, 46: 29: 101050: 633, 46: 29: 101050: 635, 46: 29: 101050: 646 with a total area of 9.7923 hectares, located in Kursk,  2nd Rabochaya St, 23.

Currently, a contract is being signed with the operator of the industrial park, Energo-Service LLC, about the development of the industrial park on the basis of the former production site of the Scrimash Production Association. It is planned to accommodate 12 residents in the park. The volume of investments in infrastructure is going to be  28 million rubles.

In order to increase the investment attractiveness of the municipality, the Administration of the town of Shchigry in the subordinate territory jointly with Kursk Region Investment Promotion Agency  JSC and the Committee of Industry, Transport and Communications of the Kursk Region are carrying out work on the formation of an industrial park. Three sites with a total area of 55.5676 hectares have been allocated for the industrial park.

Most of the territory of the industrial park being created is a green area, which is located in the town, along the highway of regional importance, Kursk-Kastornoye. A railway (with no rails) passes along one of the sections.

Near the territory is PS 110/35/10 Phosphoritnaya. According to the map of the power grids of the Kursk region, the installed capacity of the transformers is 50 MVA, and the capacity reserve for technological connection is 19.4 MW.

Next to the territory is a high-pressure gas pipeline. The reserve capacity is 2000 m3 / h. There is a town boiler room. On the site there is a water intake. The town sewer system is connected.

Currently, work is under way to design land plots for the industrial park.
